Pheriby Bryan
Pheriby Bryan is a junior at Elon University and a North Carolina native. She is getting her BFA in Dance and Choreography with a minor in Spanish and Business. She danced at Jami Masters School of Dance in Charlotte, NC and has performed for Central Piedmont Community College’s summer stock production of Guys and Dolls. Pheriby has also danced in Elon’s Dancing in the Landscape, Fall Dance Concert, Black History Month Dance Concert, and Spring Dance Concert. She has performed at Ash and Elm Dance Company and American Dance Festival’s Footprints where she danced for Abdel R. Salaam. This school year Pheriby will be presenting her Rhodes Grant Research and Choreography piece honoring those who have passed from suicide, and she is excited to introduce Mission 34, a suicide prevention nonprofit organization, to Elon’s campus so to further her research initiative. semicolon is Bryan's directing and choreography debut, and she cannot wait for everyone to experience her creation.
